I am Vincent Venema, a freelance creative director with a multidisciplinary approach. I craft brands, develop visual languages, and design experiences that resonate with today's culture. My work blends a deep understanding of visual aesthetics, modern technology, and intentional design.

The projects I work on vary from creative direction, brand identity, creative strategy, concept development, digital products, motion design, 3D, art direction for film and photography, and spatial design. I realize ideas for global brands across design, sports, fashion, music and culture sectors.

I lead multidisciplinary teams as a creative director or hands-on design director, with the team composition carefully curated to fit the needs of the project. My passion is capturing people's imagination in new ways by exploring projects that are visually exciting and I also enjoy blending digital, physical & virtual worlds that consider all the sensorial elements.

After gaining extensive experience in lifestyle (MTV, Nickelodeon), fashion (G-Star Raw, adidas Originals), sports (adidas, Nike), creative technology (AKQA, Sid Lee). I began working independently with a focus on brand experience and creative craft.

I've had the privilege of building brands from the ground up, crafting bold creative concepts, designing digital experiences, and shaping brand systems that stand the test of time. Along the way, I've launched global campaigns, delved into motion design, explored the world of audio branding, and brought event experiences to life.

From established names to startups, I work alongside brands, studios, and individuals no matter where they are in their journey. From my base in Amsterdam, I collaborate globally, working both remotely, and frequently joining teams on location around the world.
